INDIVIDUAL ACCOMMODATION (RENT-A-ROOM)
for the NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE (the 22nd of September) Celebrations: - 3 overnights (BB): 19 - 21 of September or 20 - 22 of September - 120 BGN**

Notice:
- rent-a-house rates include free of charge use of the added cookhouse with a fireplace, of the fitness room,
- all package rates include free of charge playing darts, backgammon, chess, cards, dice, monopoly, reading books, watching DVD, etc.;
- rent-a-house rates are valid for accommodation of max. 14 person - the House disposes of 14 beds in 4 spacious rooms (2 x 3 + 2 x 4), each with a separate bathroom;
- standard lunch/dinner meal a day - 11 BGN/adult, 5.50 BGN/child 2-12 years; opportunity for organizing a gala lunch/dinner - on request; the number of lunch/dinner meals shall be requested and prepaid up to 14 days before accommodation;
- opportunities to rent the kitchen of the House for preparing lunch/dinner dishes (el.appliances shall be serviced by the personnel!): 1. guests' food stuff + cooking alone - 65 BGN/day; 2. guests' food stuff + personnel's cooking - 85 BGN/day;
- upon rent of the kitchen and/or providing guests' own food stuff, the guests shall extra pay so that they can use the hall-tavern for parties with a fireplace, stereo and TV - 60 BGN/day;
- booking requests with regard to the abovementioned packages shall be confirmed after depositing 50% of the total package amount; the remaining amount up to 100% (incl. meals) shall be paid up min. 14 days before the accommodation; at default the reservation shall be cancelled and 30 % of the deposit shall be deducted. Upon cancellations made before the abovementioned term no penalty is provided.
